Our dress set includes a jacket with a straight or four-gore dress. Currently we have two types of pant sets. The first is a jacket, pant and shell set and the second is a long vest with pant set.

The primary fabric is sueded rayon. It looks and feels like silk but is very durable. We use solids and jacquards along with rayon georgette prints. Other fabrics may include tencel, linen and rayon blends. Colors are mid to dark tones and what I call black substitutes. We strive to carry a full palette including golds, reds, purples, blues, greens, olives, and browns.

All of our sets are garment washed and dried for shrinkage. Recommended garment care is machine wash, gentle cycle, and cool water with a tablespoon of liquid detergent. Do not use fabric softner in the washer. Rayon is stiff and hard when out of the washer and it is the low/medium dryer heat that softens the fabric as the garment dries. Do not use fabric softner in the dryer, it will leave spots. Take garments out of the dryer before end of the cycle, hang, and let rest. Some rayons crinkle (which is not shrinkage) and can be worn as is or pressed flat using the silk steam setting. We recommend Zout for oil and dye base stains. Travel wrinkles will hang out overnight or with shower steam.

I love color and texture and I love to play with fabric. Our garment fabric comes from sample cuts or very small fabric runs. Each of our sets therefore, is made into a very limited number.
